Abby Verbosky

Abby Verbosky's roots are in social documentary, portraiture, events and street photography/videography. She specializes in media education while maintaining a professional practice. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Verbosky is fully immersed in the local photographic and nonprofit community. She is the Program Director at Reel Works, where she has worked since 2016. 

Verbosky serves on the Blueprint of the Moving Image Committee,  Film and Media Advisory Councils for Art & Design HS and the Steam Center,  leads Youth and Family Programs group for Downtown Brooklyn Arts Alliance, and is  a Senior Fellow in the Leadership Fellowship NY with Baruch College, and an Adjunct Professor at Fashion Institute of Technology,  

Verbosky remains passionate about visual storytelling.
